End of year Prom
Brief:
MGNevents were tasked with the complete event management of the Luton 6th form collage end of year prom.

Solution:
MGNevents presented to the college committee a full event plan for a possible end of year prom, taking into consideration their needs and ideas, creating a bespoke event. This included sourcing a venue, Event Production additional lighting and theming, sourcing entertainment including Britian’s Got Talent finalists, “Signature”.
Catering was organised and managed for the college by MGNevents. A full event pack was provided to the college detailing the running order for the evenings entertainment. This gave a detailed breakdown for the evening making the night run on time and to plan.
