How Does Our Party Planning Service work?

Our party planning service goes through five key stages, to ensure your party has everything you want:

  1. Venue Finding (marquee or venue) – we will work with you to secure the perfect venue or marquee structure for you.
  2. Design – We will introduce you to your very own party designer, who will collate design ideas, and present you with your bespoke mood board for your party!
  3. Once the design is chosen we then piece together all the ideas and put them in a beautiful clear proposal for you to approve, including the costs.
  4. Once this has been agreed, we then book all suppliers and ensure the project is on schedule!
  5. The big day arrives – we take care of everything, so you can relax and enjoy the party!

How Much Does a Party Planner Cost?

At MGN events, we charge a simple set fee for party planning depending on your overall budget and specific requirements. We only offer this service to clients with an overall budget of £10,000 or more. The easiest thing to do, is to call us to discuss your requirements and we’ll be happy advise further.

What are the benefits to using a Party Planner?

If you are looking to create a party on a budget, our planning service probably won’t be for you, however, we DO have a DIY catalogue, which you are able to choose and book items you may need for your party, such as DJ and nightclub packages, Sound and Lighting – All of which are stocked within our warehouse. Please ask for our catalogue and we’ll send you a copy with prices.
