Turning 18 and shaking things up in Shoreditch
Turning 18 can only mean throwing a party that is ultra-cool and edgy. And the venue we found for one young man’s 18th birthday celebrations certainly delivered. Shoreditch is one of London’s trendiest areas and Kachette, which occupies the original ticket hall of the former Shoreditch Station, is a fabulously unique party space.
Comprising two Victorian railway arches, it has a great warehouse club vibe and we enhanced it with our high production values. We had exclusive use of the venue and brought the club theme to life with an exciting lighting scheme, including lasers. LED cubes, mirror bar, mirror-topped tables and chrome lights added to the atmosphere, and the most incredible DJ had the place thumping and the dance floor full the entire night.
120 guests enjoyed freshly made pizzas straight from a wood-fired pizza oven, which could have been risky knowing that our clients are Italian. However, the feedback we received showed we didn’t need to worry!
