Permanent Positions

Event Executive (12 month student placement)

Deadline for applications: 4th December 2018
Start date: Summer 2019
Length: 12 months
Location: Our offices in Egham, Surrey.

We are looking for an amazingly talented student to come join our amazing talented team who get to plan amazing events throughout the year!

What the job looks like: 

  • You’ll be helping find exciting venues for our clients events
  • You’ll be contacting suppliers for quotes for our clients events
  • You’ll be organsing the logistics for our events
  • You’ll be preparing key event documents, such as timetables, project budgets etc
  • You’ll be working on your own events, as well as working with sub teams on larger projects
  • You’ll get the opportunity to work on the events, and see them from build, to the event to the derig.
  • You’ll get to talk and communicate with clients
  • You’ll be working on bespoke projects
  • You’ll be doing research into new suppliers and venues for new revenue streams for the business
  • You’ll be involved with the Sales, Marketing, Operations departments
  • You’ll have many more opportunities and no two days will be the same!

What you will look like:

Marketing Executive (12 month student placement)

We feel our marketing is quite advanced and high tech, but can always be improved! We feel a placement student would relish this role and have a great opportunity to make a real difference in the business and learn many different skills throughout the placement year.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • You’ll work alongside our key external team of copywriters, social media consultants and PR consultants.
  • You’ll own and be responsible for improving our marketing automation software to increase conversion rates.
  • You’ll be working on online and offline marketing collateral (working in Photoshop, adobe premiere and other digital tools)
  • You’ll be responsible for liaising with our social media external consultant
  • You’ll be responsible for our monthly newsletter
  • You’ll be working alongside our advertising partners to help improve KPI’s and develop our Adwords and Facebook marketing campaigns
  • You’ll be responsible for driving our marketing presence forward.
  • You’ll be expected to bring existing marketing strategies and create new ones!
  • You’ll test and measure all your ideas.

Positions we are always on the lookout for:

Event Manager

Do you have a passion for events? Would you like to join a busy team that deliver a wide range of corporate events and luxury parties every year? Have you got a background of planning events and working with multiple projects simultaneously?

We have an exciting position available to join our team as an Event Manager. We are looking for a candidate who has at least 3 years events experience, (preferably within an events agency or similar) to join our talented team.

Key Duties include:

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creating compelling event proposals in line with the client’s requirements
  • Constructing and managing a budget
  • Management of suppliers and overseeing the deliveries, setup and strike of events
  • Sourcing suitable external suppliers to deliver on clients requirements
  • Sourcing suitable venues
  • Managing on-site coordination of events including early starts and late finishes often on weekends.
  • Managing client relations and hospitality at our events
  • General administration surrounding the event

Key skills required:

  • Senior level experience with a high end corporate or private events background (preferably both, but not essential)
  • Hard working with positive energy with a willingness to deliver on time
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong design experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Driving licence/Own transport preferred

Production Coordinator

Do you have a passion for production within live events? Would you like to join a busy team that deliver a wide range of high end live events every year? Have you got a technical background that involves lighting, sound and video?

We have a position available to join our team as a Production coordinator. We are looking for a candidate with relevant previous experience with a technical background. This is a hands-on role, involving working within the production department to help deliver our events.

Key duties include:

  • Creating and designing production quotes for confirmed projects
  • Creating production quotes and proposals for prospective clients considering our services
  • Designing innovative production concepts for our events
  • Creating prep lists based on in house equipment and ability to hire in required equipment from suppliers when needed.
  • Plan and deliver installations on site including logistics and crew movements.
  • Rigging and de-rigging technical production equipment on-site, in venues and in marquees.
  • Supplier sourcing and coordination

Key skills required:

  • A passion for technology within live events
  • Hard working with Positive energy with a willingness to deliver on time
  • Creative in production concepts
  • Ability to work in a growing team
  • Driving licence/Own transport preferred
  • Make a great cup of tea!
