What types of corporate events does MGN Events specialise in?
We design and deliver the full spectrum of corporate brand experiences: sales kick-offs, leadership conferences, company festivals, brand activations, product launches, incentive events, corporate summer and Christmas parties, roadshows, press events and multi-day offsites. Each event is built around your commercial objectives and brand identity, not a template.
Can you manage multi-day or multi-location corporate events?
Yes. We regularly deliver multi-day conferences, international offsites and roadshow programmes across multiple cities. Our in-house production team manages logistics, AV and creative consistency across every location, ensuring your brand message lands the same way whether you are in London, Barcelona or Dubai.
Do you handle creative, production and logistics in-house?
We do. Unlike many agencies that outsource core functions, we have dedicated in-house teams for project management, creative design and technical production. We also operate our own warehouse stocked with AV and production equipment. This means faster response times, greater quality control and a more cohesive end result.
How do you ensure our brand is reflected throughout the event?
Our creative team, led by a creative director with a theatre and storytelling background, designs every event around your brand narrative. We go beyond logos on screens. We think about how your brand should feel when guests walk in, what emotional journey they should experience and how the event reinforces your strategic messaging from arrival to departure.
What is the typical timeline for planning a corporate event?
For most corporate events, three to six months is a good planning window. Larger or more complex events, such as multi-day international conferences, benefit from 12 months. That said, we have delivered a full-scale event in just 48 hours when another agency let a client down, complete with marquees, suppliers and production on a greenfield site. We can be flexible when needed.
