What makes MGN Events one of London's leading event management companies?
We combine over 20 years of experience with genuine in-house capability. We have our own creative, production and project management teams, plus a fully equipped AV and production warehouse in Windsor. We have delivered events for brands including Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Virgin Atlantic, BMW, BP and Sky, and we have over 75 five-star Google reviews from both corporate and private clients.
Where is MGN Events based?
Our office and production warehouse are in Windsor, Berkshire, overlooking Windsor Castle. We deliver events across London, the Home Counties, nationally and internationally. Our Windsor location gives us excellent access to central London while providing the warehouse space needed for our production operation.
What types of events do you manage?
We deliver corporate brand experiences including conferences, sales kick-offs, company festivals, brand activations, product launches, awards evenings, Christmas parties and corporate celebrations. We also design luxury private events including milestone birthdays and marquee parties. Every event is designed from scratch around the client’s objectives.
How large is your team?
We have 17 full-time team members across project management, creative design and production. Our creative director, Matthew, brings a theatre background from the Central School of Speech and Drama. We also have our own warehouse of AV and production equipment, which means we control quality directly rather than relying on third-party suppliers.
Can you deliver events outside of London?
Yes. While we have deep expertise in London venues and logistics, we deliver events nationally and internationally. We have produced events across Europe, the Middle East and beyond, managing all logistics, production and creative delivery from our Windsor base.
