We manage the entire process, including venue research, recommendations, site visits, negotiations and logistics, ensuring the venue supports both your objectives and your guest experience.

For most corporate parties, we recommend starting the planning process three to six months in advance. Larger events, peak-season celebrations and events with complex venue or production requirements often benefit from even more lead time.

That said, not every event comes with months of notice. We regularly support organisations working to tighter deadlines and have even delivered a complete event in just 48 hours after another supplier let a client down. The earlier we become involved, the more options you’ll have, but we can often help at short notice too.

Our service covers every stage of the event, from initial ideas through to on-the-day delivery. Depending on your requirements, this can include creative development, venue sourcing, catering, entertainment, production, styling, logistics, guest management and event coordination.

You’ll have a dedicated project manager throughout the process, supported by our own creative and production teams. We take ownership of the planning and delivery, allowing you to stay focused on your guests, stakeholders and wider business priorities.

Planning a successful corporate party takes time, supplier management, venue coordination, budget control and hundreds of smaller decisions that are often underestimated at the start of the process. Most corporate parties we plan cost £150 to £350 a head for a Christmas or themed party, including venue, food, drink, entertainment and styling, and summer parties usually start from around £200 a head. For 300 guests at £200 a head, that’s £60,000. Guest numbers change the per-head cost more than anything else: 600 guests share the venue, production and staffing costs across far more people than 50. We don’t offer fixed packages.
