A STYLISH CHRISTMAS CORPORATE EVENT IN LONDON’S MAYFAIR
Briefed to find a suitable venue for a one-day conference and sophisticated Christmas dinner in the evening for 60 senior leaders and partners of a global facility management company, The May Fair London proved to be ideal. This historic boutique hotel is located in chic Mayfair, which would immediately set expectations high and create a sense of anticipation.
Working alongside the venue’s own event and production team we ensured the conference was delivered with high production values and ran smoothly. The evening event was designed around the theme of ‘Starry Night’ and we worked with a rich colour palette of midnight blue and gold. Guests enjoyed welcome drinks in The Atrium, which we had enhanced with lighting and added luxury velvet sofas and ottomans for a relaxed atmosphere. The bar area was decorated with an elaborate display of twisted willow, blossoms, fairy lights and hanging glass bauble tealight holders.
Dinner was held in a private dining room. From sumptuous damask linen tablecloths and napkins to exquisite bell jar centrepieces, gold mirror place cards, every item was chosen to create a stylish ambience. Flowering jasmine plants were added to the tables, filling the air with an intoxicating aroma and providing a sensory experience. And, as part of the entertainment, two wonderfully talented silhouette artists made very special keepsakes for the guests.
