We work with every style, from tipi marquees to modern frame structures and we handle the lot. Setup, styling, lighting, flooring, heating, power. Whether you're hosting at home in Berkshire or on a private estate in Hampshire, you tell us the feeling you want and we'll create a space that delivers it.

What types of private events do you plan?
We specialise in luxury milestone celebrations: birthday parties from 16th to 60th and beyond, anniversary celebrations, garden parties, luxury marquee events and bespoke private festivals. Every event is designed entirely around you, your home, your tastes and your vision for the occasion.
What is the typical investment for a private event with MGN?
Our private events typically range from around £75,000 to over £500,000, depending on guest numbers, venue, entertainment, production and creative ambition. We provide a fully transparent quote based on your brief and are always upfront about costs so there are no surprises.
How far in advance should I start planning my private event?
For most celebrations, three to six months gives us good time to design something exceptional. For more complex events, such as large marquee builds or multi-day celebrations, 12 months is ideal. That said, we once delivered a full outdoor event with marquees and temporary structures in just 48 hours, so we know how to move quickly when needed.
Can you create a completely bespoke event from scratch?
That is exactly what we do. We do not offer packages or pre-set menus. Our creative team designs every element around your brief, from the overall theme and styling to the flow of the evening, entertainment, food, lighting and guest experience. Our creative director brings a theatre and storytelling background to every event, which means your celebration will feel immersive and personal, not off-the-shelf.
Do you handle everything from concept to delivery?
Yes. We manage the entire process: initial consultation, concept development, venue and supplier sourcing, design, build, on-the-day management and post-event wrap. You will have a dedicated project manager as your single point of contact throughout, so you can enjoy the planning process without the stress.
Can you build a marquee event at my home?
Yes. We design and deliver luxury marquee celebrations at private homes across the UK. Our production team handles site surveys, structural builds, power, flooring, heating or cooling, lighting, sound and every detail to transform your garden into a stunning event space. We have delivered marquee events on everything from manicured lawns to open fields.
Will my event be kept confidential?
Discretion is fundamental to how we work. Many of our private clients are high-profile individuals who expect complete confidentiality. We only share event photography or details publicly with your explicit permission, and our team operates with professionalism and discretion at every stage.
