We are a full-service agency with in-house creative, production and project management teams, plus our own warehouse of AV and production equipment in Windsor. What is the planning process for a private party?
It starts with a conversation to understand your vision, occasion, guest profile and budget. We then develop a creative concept and detailed proposal. Once approved, your dedicated project manager coordinates every element: venue, catering, entertainment, styling, production and logistics. On the day, we manage the entire event so you can enjoy it as a guest.
Do you plan parties for high-profile or private individuals?
Yes. Discretion is fundamental to how we work. Many of our private clients are high-profile individuals who expect complete confidentiality. We only share event details or photography with your explicit permission.
What is the typical budget for a luxury private party?
Our private events range from around £75,000 to over £500,000. This varies based on guest numbers, venue, entertainment, production and creative ambition. We provide a detailed, itemised proposal so you know exactly where your investment is going.
How far in advance should I contact a private party planner?
Three to six months for most celebrations. For marquee builds or complex events, 12 months is ideal. We have also delivered events in as little as 48 hours when circumstances required it, so get in touch regardless of your timeline.
Can you plan a party anywhere in the UK or abroad?
Yes. While we are based in Windsor with deep expertise across London and the Home Counties, we deliver private celebrations across the UK and internationally. We manage all logistics and production from our own base, including equipment from our warehouse if needed.
