Incentive Events That Reward and Inspire
MGN Events create corporate incentive events and reward experiences across London, the UK and Europe: President’s Club evenings, sales reward weekends, recognition dinners and hosted trips for groups of 10 to 150, at venues including Blenheim Palace and Tower Bridge, from around £1,500 a head.
Boutique service with big agency capability. The senior producer you meet at pitch is the one who runs your incentive and travels with the group, with Clare Fagg, our Head of Live, overseeing every project. The people you brief are the people on site.

Designed toReward Your People
The best corporate incentive events go beyond celebration. They recognise achievement, strengthen culture and make people feel valued. Whether you’re planning a President’s Club trip, a sales reward weekend or a company-wide recognition evening, we design the experience around your people and your goals.
Groups we’ve looked after. Lisbon: a four-day hosted trip for 77 international press guests, 96% of whom would come again. Blenheim Palace: helicopters from London and dinner in the Long Library for 60 US executives, the last night of their UK trip. Tower Bridge: a private dinner on the walkway, 42 metres above the Thames. Budapest: three days for sellers flying in from nine hubs, with visa letters arranged.
Thoughtful planning,effortless delivery
Incentive events need careful planning and experiences that feel polished from the first email to the flight home. Our creative, production and logistics people work together from day one, so every guest journey feels smooth, and you get to enjoy the experience alongside your team rather than run it.
Flights, rooms and protection. We take care of flight bookings through our ATOL-protected travel partner, hold the room block and manage passports, dietary needs and partner details through one registration site. Your producer travels with the group.
The trip isn’t the prize. The trip is the moment the prize becomes a memory. We design the whole programme: the launch, the comms that keep the reward in view all year, the trip itself, then the stories that carry it back into the business. And we design it for the middle 60% of your team, not just the people who’d win anyway. Our sales incentive programme guide explains why.
Experiences your teams will remember
From rooftop celebrations and private dining to immersive entertainment and destination-led incentives, we create experiences that bring people together. Whether you’re rewarding top performers, hosting clients or celebrating a milestone, every event is designed around the atmosphere and the feeling you want guests to take away, with our own production team behind it.
Bringing your top performers to London? We create the moments that make the trip: a private dinner on a Tower Bridge walkway, or helicopters to Blenheim Palace, where we’re a preferred event production supplier. For US and international teams, we handle the UK end from venue to final transfer.

Incentive Events FAQs
What is a corporate incentive event?
An Incentive Event is a reward experience designed to recognise and motivate high-performing teams, employees or clients. Unlike a standard corporate event or team day, Incentive Events are carefully curated experiences that make guests feel genuinely valued, whether that’s a luxury weekend retreat, an exclusive dining experience, an international trip or a bespoke hosted programme tailored around your people and objectives.
What types of incentive events does MGN Events deliver?
We design and deliver Incentive Events across the UK and internationally, including President’s Club trips, incentive travel programmes, sales reward weekends, luxury retreats, cultural city experiences, exclusive dining events and bespoke hosted programmes for employees, leadership teams and clients.
Every experience is tailored around your people, performance goals and the impression you want guests to take away, rather than relying on off-the-shelf packages.
Can you deliver incentive events internationally?
Yes. We deliver Incentive Events and hosted reward programmes across Europe, the Middle East and further afield, managing everything from travel, accommodation and guest logistics to production, entertainment and on-site delivery. From leadership retreats and executive experiences to large-scale international celebrations, we create seamless programmes that allow your guests to relax and enjoy the experience from beginning to end.
How do incentive events support employee retention?
Meaningful recognition plays an important role in employee retention, motivation and long-term engagement. Incentive Events give organisations the opportunity to reward high performance in a way that feels personal, memorable and genuinely valued, creating shared experiences that strengthen loyalty, reinforce culture and leave a lasting impression long after the event itself.
What is the typical group size for an incentive event?
Most Incentive Events are designed for groups of between 10 and 100 guests, although we also deliver larger reward and recognition programmes where required. Whether it’s an intimate executive experience or a wider team celebration, we tailor the scale, atmosphere and guest experience around the people attending and the objectives behind the event.
How far in advance should we plan an incentive event?
For UK-based Incentive Events, we typically recommend planning around two to four months in advance, while international programmes often benefit from a longer lead time of four to six months. Early planning allows us to secure the right venues, experiences and guest logistics, while also building anticipation through thoughtful pre-event communications and carefully curated guest journeys.
How are incentive events different from standard corporate events?
Incentive Events are designed specifically to reward, recognise and motivate people through memorable shared experiences.
While standard corporate events may focus on communication, networking or celebration, Incentive Events are more personal, experience-led and emotionally driven, often built around recognition, high performance, loyalty or relationship building. The goal is to create an experience that feels genuinely meaningful to the people attending.
What does an incentive trip cost?
For 20 to 80 people, most incentive trips cost £1,500 to £8,000 a head, all in. A UK reward weekend is typically £1,500 to £3,000 a head, and three or four nights in Europe £3,000 to £5,500, depending on the destination and whether you go four-star or five-star. We scope every project to your brief and break the charges down clearly, so you can see what each part costs. Our incentive event cost guide goes through the bands in detail.
