Yes. We have our own in-house production team and AV warehouse in Windsor, which means we control every technical element: staging, screens, lighting, sound, video content and reveal mechanics. This gives us the precision and flexibility that product launch moments demand.

Our creative director, who has a background in theatre from the Central School of Speech and Drama, designs reveal sequences with dramatic pacing and emotional impact. This might involve lighting changes, video narratives, physical reveals, live demonstrations or immersive environments. The key is building anticipation and delivering a moment that feels significant.
What is the typical timeline for planning a product launch event?
Two to four months for a standard launch event. Larger, multi-market or highly technical launches benefit from four to six months. We can also move quickly for time-sensitive launches and have the in-house capability to compress timelines when commercial deadlines demand it.
Can you coordinate media and content capture at a launch event?
Yes. We plan content capture into the event design from the outset, coordinating photographers, videographers and social content creators. We design shareable moments and ensure the physical space is optimised for photography and video, so you leave the event with a library of assets.
