How far in advance should I plan an 18th birthday party?
For most celebrations, three to six months gives us enough time to design something truly special. If you are planning a large marquee build, multi-day event or need a specific venue on a popular date, 12 months is ideal. We have also delivered events in as little as 48 hours when another agency let a client down, so we can move quickly if needed.

Yes, and home celebrations are one of our specialities. We design and build luxury marquee events at private homes across the UK, handling everything from site surveys and structural builds to power, flooring, lighting, sound and styling. Safety is planned in from the start. We plan for crowd control and noise, use licensed bars and vetted suppliers, and bring in professional security where it is needed. At one 18th in Weybridge, our security team managed the guest list at the front gate. Everything is managed and monitored on the night, so parents can relax.
Can you turn our garden into a nightclub for an 18th?
Yes. For an 18th on St George’s Hill in Weybridge we built a marquee nightclub in the garden for 80 guests. For a joint 18th and graduation party in Cobham we used two stretch tents and a pop-up nightclub.
