The Brief
When our client wanted to thank and reward key staff, they asked us to provide a complete event management service for an intimate gala dinner for 10 in London. We set to work on creating a luxury incentive dinner experience that would provide lasting memories.
The Solution
Naturally, there were any amount of stunning venues to choose from, but knowing our guests were visiting from the US we wanted to find an iconic landmark venue that would epitomise London and its rich heritage.
So where better to choose for a luxury incentive dinner than the historic and world-famous Tower Bridge. One of the bridge’s Walkways was the perfect event space for an elegant, intimate dinner. Set 42 metres above the River Thames, guests would be able to enjoy impressive and commanding views of London’s skyline, which becomes ever more magical as darkness falls and the city’s lights turn on.
Guests were greeted with a drinks and canapé reception before enjoying a sophisticated six-course seated dinner delivered by Tower Bridge’s in-house catering partner.
We took care of the ambience and atmosphere with a specially designed lighting scheme, beautiful floral arrangements and a DJ who provided background music throughout the evening.
