What is the difference between a company kick-off and a standard conference?

It is more focused, more emotionally charged and more commercially driven than a general conference. We design kick-offs that combine strategic content with creative production to create a high-impact experience that genuinely shifts mindset and behaviour.
Can you help shape the content and agenda for our kick-off?
Yes. We work with leadership teams to structure the agenda, develop thematic narratives, advise on pacing and create content frameworks that keep audiences engaged. Our creative director, with a background in theatre from the Central School of Speech and Drama, brings a storytelling approach that turns business content into compelling live experiences.
How far in advance should we plan a company kick-off?
Three to six months is the ideal window for most kick-offs. Larger, multi-day or international events benefit from longer lead times. We have also stepped in at very short notice when plans have changed, so get in touch even if your timeline feels tight.
Do you deliver kick-offs for specific departments or the whole company?
Both. We deliver department-specific kick-offs for sales, marketing, leadership and operations teams, as well as whole-company events for organisations of all sizes. We have experience with events from 100 to over 2,000 attendees, and we design the format, content and production to suit the audience.
What production elements can you include in a kick-off?
We provide full production in-house, including staging, LED screens, lighting, sound, video content, live streaming for remote audiences and interactive technology. Our own warehouse in Windsor is stocked with AV and production equipment, giving us direct control over quality and the flexibility to adapt quickly on-site.
Can you deliver hybrid kick-offs for remote and in-person teams?
Yes. We design hybrid events that ensure remote attendees receive the same energy and engagement as those in the room. This includes multi-camera production, dedicated online hosting, interactive polling, breakout sessions and high-quality live streaming, all managed by our in-house production team.
