We create a detailed production specification and creative framework that is replicated at each location. Our in-house production team manages every stop, ensuring the staging, branding, AV and guest experience are identical. We also ship our own equipment from our Windsor warehouse when needed, rather than relying on different local suppliers at each venue.
How many locations can you manage in a roadshow programme?
There is no fixed limit. We have managed roadshows across multiple UK cities and international locations. The logistics scale with the programme, and our dedicated project management team coordinates the schedule, suppliers and production across every stop.
Do you manage venue sourcing for every roadshow stop?
Yes. We source and coordinate venues at each location based on your requirements, managing all negotiations, site visits and logistics. We recommend venues that work for your format, audience size and production needs at every stop.
What production support do you provide for roadshows?
Full technical production at every location: staging, AV, lighting, sound, video content and branding. We have our own warehouse of production equipment and an in-house technical team that travels with the roadshow to ensure quality and consistency throughout the programme.
What is the typical lead time for a roadshow programme?
Three to six months depending on the number of locations and complexity. International roadshows require longer planning windows. We work backwards from your launch dates and build a detailed production timeline for every stop.
