Celebrate Your People

Corporate Parties & Celebrations create moments that bring people together, strengthen culture and make your teams feel truly valued.

From joyful family fun days and summer parties to elegant award ceremonies and end-of-year gatherings, the right celebration can do far more than mark an occasion: it can reflect your brand, energise your people, and leave a lasting positive impression.

Whether you’re recognising achievements, building connections, or simply bringing people together, these shared experiences play an important role in how your organisation is felt and remembered.

Company anniversary events, from a 10th to a 30th. SilverDoor’s 25th, for 400 employees, suppliers and clients at Amber Lakes. A 25th for 850 on the UK’s largest cinema screen, with a set from Craig David. McLaren Group’s 25 years for 850, turned from conference to party in two hours. A Britpop ’96 party for 220 guests marking 30 years, with ten bespoke awards. QStory’s 10th, for 100 employees and customers, ending in Battersea Power Station’s Control Room A.

Your story, told through people, not a slideshow. Our Creative Director, Matthew Strange, finds the five or six moments where your company’s character showed, and lets the people who were there tell them. A heritage film made from your archive usually sits at the centre. For QStory’s 10th, each table centre carried a client’s logo and lit up as the CEO mentioned them. For the 30th, ten bespoke awards recognised the people behind the business. The brief is never really “celebrate 25 years”. It is “make 25 years mean something to the person in month three”.

Staff and clients in one room. SilverDoor’s 25th brought employees, suppliers and clients together for one afternoon-into-evening celebration. QStory’s 10th took 100 employees and customers from a conference to dinner at Battersea Power Station. We plan the flow so clients feel hosted and your team can still celebrate. Our guide to planning a company anniversary event is a good place to start.

Corporate Celebration FAQs

What occasions call for a corporate party or celebration?

Company milestones, product launches, end-of-year celebrations, team achievements, client entertainment, company anniversaries and seasonal events all benefit from a well-designed corporate party. We create events that feel like genuine celebrations, not obligatory gatherings, designed to reward your team and strengthen your culture.

How do you plan a company anniversary event?

Start with what the milestone should do for the people in the business now, then choose the format: a standalone celebration, a conference followed by a party, or an anniversary built into your end of year event. From there we shape the story, the venue and the guest list around the years you are marking, and run everything on the day.

Our guide to planning a company anniversary event covers it step by step.

How do you make a corporate party feel premium rather than predictable?

We design every event from scratch. No templates, no packages, no repeat concepts. Our creative team develops a unique theme, styling and experience based on your brand, culture and objectives. Our Creative Director, Matthew Strange, brings a theatre and storytelling background, which means we think about atmosphere, flow and emotional impact at every stage.

Can you deliver a corporate celebration at our own offices?

Yes. We regularly transform office spaces, atriums, car parks and rooftops into event venues. Our production team handles everything from marquee builds and temporary flooring to lighting, sound and catering infrastructure. We can make almost any space work.

Do you cater for dietary requirements and accessibility needs?

Absolutely. We work with experienced caterers who accommodate all dietary requirements and allergies. We also ensure accessibility is considered throughout the event design, from finding the right venue to venue layout to signage and guest communications.

What is the typical budget for a corporate celebration?

Budgets vary widely depending on guest numbers, venue, entertainment and production scope. We work across a range of budgets and provide transparent, itemised proposals so you know exactly where your investment is going. Contact us to discuss your brief and we will provide a tailored recommendation.

How far in advance should we book?

Three to six months is ideal for most corporate celebrations. For events during peak seasons such as Christmas or summer, earlier booking helps secure your preferred venue and date. We can also accommodate shorter timelines when needed.

For a milestone anniversary, allow six to twelve months. The date cannot move, and the story content (archive, films and interviews) takes longer than the logistics.
