Corporate Family Fun Days
We organise corporate family fun days and company family days, effortless for you and unforgettable for everyone else. Most of the family days we run are for 250 to 1,200 people, employees and their families together, and we can go larger if you need to, from around £90 a head.

Company Family Days Designed to Delight Everyone
Bringing employees and their families together is a powerful way to recognise contributions, strengthen culture and show appreciation. The best family fun days feel inclusive, welcoming and enjoyable for every generation, as part of our wider corporate parties and celebrations work.
West Sussex: 600 employees and their families on a farm in Crawley. A funfair with a Ferris wheel and helter skelter, face painting for the youngest, six bands on an outdoor stage and street food, then a club in the barn as evening came. Partridge Muir & Warren’s 50th: staff and their families by the lakes, with boat trips, garden games and a band on the tipi stage. “MGN were fantastic.” Your own grounds can work too. For a client’s 30-year reunion we built a festival on their own site, with five marquees and over 10,000 lights. We’ll tell you straight whether yours can take the numbers: parking, toilets, power and ground.
Seamless planning, spectacular experiences
Every family fun day is different. Some organisations want a relaxed community feel, others a festival atmosphere with entertainment, food and activities for every age. We plan by age: a calm space for under-fives, rides and games for primary age, something with an edge for teenagers, and good food, music and a proper bar for the adults. Want both? Families head home on a high in the early evening, and the night belongs to your people.
Safeguarding is our top priority on family days. We only use reputable partners experienced in working with young people, our children’s entertainers are DBS-checked, first aid is covered on site, and unless they’re at a supervised activity, children stay with their parents, and the invitation says so. From venue sourcing, site planning and supplier management to catering, entertainment and event-day delivery, every detail is coordinated by one team.
Why it’s worth it: replacing someone who leaves costs a business around £30,000 (Oxford Economics, 2014). If your family day changes the minds of ten people thinking about leaving, that’s £300,000 kept.

What is a corporate family fun day?
A corporate family fun day is a company event that brings employees and their families together for a relaxed, inclusive celebration. Often used to recognise achievements, strengthen company culture and show appreciation, these events combine activities, entertainment, food and shared experiences designed for all ages, from toddlers to grandparents.
What activities work well at a family fun day?
The best family fun days combine a mix of activities that appeal to different age groups and interests. Popular options include fairground rides, sports challenges, arts and crafts, live entertainment, interactive games, food experiences and themed activity zones. We tailor every programme to your audience, event objectives and available space, ensuring there is something engaging for everyone from young children to adults.
Can you run a family fun day at our company premises?
Yes. Many organisations choose to host family fun days at their own offices, headquarters or corporate grounds, making the event more convenient for employees and their families. We regularly transform outdoor spaces, car parks and company sites into fully functioning event environments, managing everything from temporary infrastructure and catering to entertainment, power, signage and site safety.
How many people can a family fun day accommodate?
We deliver family fun days for groups of 250 to 1,200 people on average, and larger if you need it, including employees, partners and children. The event format, entertainment programme and site layout are all tailored to the audience size, ensuring the experience feels engaging, comfortable and well organised regardless of scale.
Do you handle all health and safety for the event?
Yes. We manage all health and safety planning for the event, including risk assessments, supplier compliance documentation and site safety requirements. Safeguarding comes first on a family day: our children’s entertainers are DBS-checked, we only work with reputable partners experienced with young people, first aid is provided on site, and there is a lost-child point agreed with the venue. We also plan for crowd management, weather contingencies and operational safety, so you can focus on enjoying the day with your guests.
What makes a family fun day different from a standard company party?
The biggest difference is inclusivity. Family fun days extend the celebration beyond employees by welcoming partners, children and wider family members, creating a more personal and meaningful experience. They provide an opportunity to strengthen company culture, show appreciation and create positive shared memories, while reflecting your organisation’s values and commitment to its people.
How far in advance should we start planning a family fun day?
We typically recommend starting planning three to six months in advance, particularly for larger events, peak summer dates or occasions that require specialist entertainment and temporary event infrastructure. However, we can also support shorter lead times where required. The earlier planning begins, the greater the flexibility around venues, activities, catering and guest experience options.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
Weather planning is built into every family fun day we deliver. Depending on the venue and event format, this may include covered areas, alternative indoor spaces, weather-resistant entertainment options and contingency plans for key activities. Our goal is to ensure guests enjoy a great experience regardless of the conditions, while giving you confidence that the event can proceed smoothly.
Can you help us find a venue for our family fun day?
Yes. If you don’t already have a suitable location, we can help source and secure the right venue for your event. Depending on your objectives, this could include private estates, outdoor event spaces, country house venues, sports grounds or festival-style locations. We’ll recommend options based on guest numbers, activities, accessibility and the overall experience you want to create.
What does a family fun day cost?
Family days for 250 to 1,200 guests usually come in from around £90 a head. Children cost less to cater for than adults. What moves the budget is entertainment for each age group, family facilities and whether the evening carries on for adults. Venue hire pushes it higher; your own grounds bring it down. We scope every project to your brief and break the charges down clearly. Our summer party cost guide is a useful reference.
