Objective
Following the successful delivery of a high-profile internal event, our client returned to MGN as their trusted event partner for UKREiiF 2025 – the UK’s premier real estate and investment infrastructure forum. Their goal was to create a professional, high-impact pavilion that would attract the right audiences, showcase their values, and support meaningful connections throughout the three-day trade event.
As one of the UK’s leading real estate forums, UKREiiF draws thousands of influential stakeholders, so standing out requires more than just a good-looking space. The pavilion needed to support seamless session delivery, host strategic conversations, and reflect our client’s bold approach to investment, regeneration, and sustainability.
The strategic challenge was twofold: to maximise visibility and engagement in a competitive, content-heavy environment, and to ensure that every element, from tech to timing, ran with professionalism and precision across all three days.

The Brief
Our role was to design and manage the full delegate and speaker experience within our client’s 72sqm pavilion; from concept and production to real-time session management and debrief.
We were tasked with:
- Turning a blank canvas marquee into a branded, multi-purpose space
- Managing the full event timetable across all three days
- Delivering a premium experience for both speakers and delegates
- Handling all AV, logistics and post-event breakdown

What we Did
As strategic delivery partner, we led the project from initial planning through to onsite execution. Working closely with our client’s in-house events team, we acted as a central point of coordination to manage suppliers, the session flow, and full technical production.
We focused on three core objectives:
- Professionalism in delivery – sessions had to run like clockwork, so we introduced timer software and live cues to support speakers and panelists
- Flexibility of space – the pavilion needed to shift between theatre and roundtable formats throughout the day, with smooth transitions and no disruption to delegates
- Brand presence – our design and layout approach elevated the brand without being over-engineered, including subtle use of lighting, clean staging and impactful signage
We also managed the full relationship with UKREiiF operations, ensuring everything ran to schedule and in line with event regulations.

We transformed the pavilion (a 12m x 6m marquee) into a clean, contemporary space and fully branded hub of insight and connection, perfectly positioned within the busy UKREiiF landscape. The pavilion was designed to reflect our client’s forward-thinking values, with clean lines, stylish materials, and clever AV integration that gave a polished, professional look.
A full mix of content sessions, all produced to a high standard with fully integrated AV and seamless changeovers were concluded each day with relaxed outdoor networking, where guests enjoyed drinks and conversation in the sunshine creating the right balance of structure and sociability.
Key design and production elements included:
- Custom wooden panelled stage wall
- Fully rigged lighting and sound
- 3D acrylic logo and brand graphics
- Digital signage for external visibility
- Sleek furniture and layout adaptable for varied session formats
- Timer software displayed on show laptops to keep every session tight

Each day featured a packed schedule of working breakfasts, panel discussions, and roundtables, welcoming a curated mix of property professionals, investors, and government stakeholders.
The MGN team delivered full on-the-ground support throughout, operating like an extension of the client’s events team and flexing in real-time to adapt the space between uses. Guests were hosted with warmth and professionalism, while content sessions ran to the minute with high production value.
At the end of each day, the pavilion transitioned into a relaxed outdoor networking space, where guests enjoyed cold beers, crisp wines and soft drinks in the sunshine offering a moment to reflect, connect and build relationships in an informal setting.

The Results
The pavilion became one of the standout spaces at UKREiiF 2025, as a hub of quality conversation, professional delivery and strategic brand presence. With standing-room-only sessions, packed roundtables and constant delegate footfall, the space more than delivered on its promise to connect people, places and ideas.
Our client’s internal events team praised MGN for our calm, hands-on approach and our ability to operate as a true extension of their own team. Our ability to deliver at speed, stay calm under pressure and seamlessly collaborate with the internal team was a major factor in the event’s success.
