Hasn’t it been a heck of a last 12 months! So much has changed since we first ever heard of Covid-19 and, for many of us, the world of work has been turned upside down.

For us, the pandemic and the on/off lockdowns and social distancing measures meant the temporary end of live events. We immediately turned our attention to helping our clients continue to hold events but virtually – a temporary solution, we thought. But, as time has gone on, we’ve come to realise that there is a place for virtual events in the long term.

Virtual conferences  and events open up a world of opportunity

Much as we can’t wait to bring people together again like before Covid-19, virtual conferences and events have actually opened up some incredible opportunities for many of our clients. Take, for example, companies with offices scattered across the world – a highly professional, slickly run virtual event removes the logistics and cost of travel, it brings people together instantly. We’ve run identical virtual events that worked across two time zones and 12 countries. We’ve delivered key corporate updates and made staff feel valued, we’ve made sure a health conference went ahead and, for a rapidly expanding company with offices overseas, we’ve brought together employees in several different companies for the first time ever!

Delivering your strategic goals digitally

Understanding client needs, high production values, attention to detail and participants’ experience are what set our events apart. It’s exactly the same when it comes to virtual events. Much more than a glorified Zoom meeting, we’ll plan, organise and run the entire event. From ensuring the event is branded with your corporate identity to creating graphics, video and/or animation, your event will look and feel professional and highly polished. Presenters and key speakers will have the benefit of our virtual green room, where they can mentally prepare and wait for their cues, helping them feel more relaxed. With our tech team in control of all the technical aspects, they can focus purely on delivering their talks. We can even create virtual breakout rooms, facilitate networking sessions, Q&As, polls – you name it, we can do it!

Whether you plan virtual conferences, team events, product launches or anything else, there is no need to delay organising your corporate events calendar – after all, business has to carry on. Whatever ‘new normal’ we face in the coming months, we can help you deliver your corporate events virtually. Your audience may be in multiple locations across the UK or in multiple countries, but for the duration of the event they will be together, connected and engaged, all having the same experience.

The Covid-19 pandemic may have had a huge impact on our lives, but we think that embracing technology and finding new ways to connect people is a really positive development. So why not give us a call to discuss your next corporate event and how we can deliver it virtually!
