We take a celebration from the first conversation to the last guest home. That means the concept, the venue or marquee, styling, food and drink, entertainment, production and running the night itself. You have one project manager throughout, and you can be as involved as you like.

Yes. We plan private parties across London, from a 70th birthday for 70 guests at Abbey Road Studios to a Bond-themed 50th in St James’s and a 60th birthday weekend for 30 guests. Our office and production warehouse are in Windsor, so we cover Surrey, Berkshire and the Home Counties too.

We specialise in luxury milestone celebrations: birthday parties from 16th to 60th and beyond, anniversary celebrations, garden parties, luxury marquee events and bespoke private festivals. Every event is designed entirely around you, your home, your tastes and your vision for the occasion.

Private party budgets start from £50,000, but depend on size, complexity and concept design. It’s best to speak to us for a more accurate budget estimate for your project.

Our private events planning fee is no more than 15% of your total net spend, subject to a minimum fee. It comes in two parts. First, a design fee covers our time producing moodboards and initial plans, gathering supplier quotes, a site visit by our project team and your full, itemised bespoke proposal. It also reserves your date until we present that proposal to you. The proposal then includes our delivery fee, which depends on your event’s complexity and date. Supplier costs, such as the marquee or venue, food, drink, entertainment, décor, install crew and transport, are on top. It all starts with a complimentary one-hour consultation to talk through your ideas and budget.

For most celebrations, three to six months gives us good time to design something exceptional. For more complex events, such as large marquee builds or multi-day celebrations, 12 months is ideal. That said, we once delivered a full outdoor event with marquees and temporary structures in just 48 hours, so we know how to move quickly when needed.

Our creative team designs every element around your brief, from the overall theme and styling to the flow of the evening, entertainment, food, lighting and guest experience. Our creative director brings a theatre and storytelling background to every event, which means your celebration will feel immersive and personal, not off-the-shelf.

Yes. We manage the entire process: initial consultation, concept development, venue and supplier sourcing, design, build, on-the-day management and post-event wrap. You will have a dedicated project manager as your single point of contact throughout, so you can enjoy the planning process without the stress.

Yes. We design and deliver luxury marquee celebrations at private homes across the UK. Our production team handles site surveys, structural builds, power, flooring, heating or cooling, lighting, sound and every detail to transform your garden into a stunning event space. We have delivered marquee events on everything from manicured lawns to open fields.

Discretion is fundamental to how we work. Many of our private clients are high-profile individuals who expect complete confidentiality. We only share event photography or details publicly with your explicit permission, and our team operates with professionalism and discretion at every stage. We’re also happy to sign a confidentiality agreement.
