We’ve worked with this particular client a number of times on their corporate events and we know that the quality and attention to detail we produce is greatly appreciated by them. For this project we were asked to plan, organise and manage a Christmas event for up to 60 guests, incorporating a conference, dinner and overnight accommodation in London.

The Solution

We immediately knew that The Savoy would be the ideal London venue.

Built in 1889 by Richard D’Oyly Carte, the famous theatrical impresario, The Savoy was London’s – and indeed the UK’s – first ever deluxe hotel. The hotel has remained at the forefront of luxury and sophistication ever since and offers all the facilities we needed under one roof.

As well as taking care of business objectives during the conference, we arranged for guests to enjoy some R&R in the Savoy’s spa before dining. A private dining room was decorated to create a very stylish and festive atmosphere, and our design theme worked beautifully within the Victorian interior. Elegant garlands, floral displays and table centrepieces, embellished with rich red ribbons, berries and baubles, adorned the room. It wouldn’t be Christmas without Christmas trees twinkling, and scented candles filled the room with a wonderfully festive fragrance. Guests were greeted with welcome drinks and canapés, followed by a gourmet four-course dinner, post-dinner drinks and a gin tasting bar.
